Yes. We provide installation for residential, commercial, golf course, and athletic projects with a minimum of 3,000 sq. ft., depending on location. We also offer Big Roll unrolling services when crews are available onsite.
We deliver and install sod across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Southern Vermont, Southern New Hampshire, and New York.
Big Rolls are 250 sq. ft. each and ideal for golf courses, athletic fields, and large open landscapes. They are not recommended for steep slopes, tight areas, or small residential lawns—palletized sod is better in those cases.
We grow several premium varieties, including Bentgrass, Black Beauty Tall Fescue, Bluegrass Tradition, Fine Fescue, Microclover blends, Shortcut varieties, Vitality HD 2.0 Bluegrass, Pure Distinction, and Pureformance bentgrass.
Absolutely. Our team provides site reviews to assess your space, recommend the best sod type, and calculate how much you need.
Same-day installation is essential. Sod is a living plant and needs water, nutrients, and contact with soil immediately. Watering should begin within 20 minutes of installation.
If you’re planning a large or future project, you can secure your sod variety and price in advance by placing a deposit. We’ll grow and hold the sod until you’re ready, so you’re not limited by availability later.
All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to delivery
