Pricing
Cancellations: Must be made by 7:00 AM the day before delivery
CLAIMS: Any issue or claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Palletized Sod
- 50 strips per pallet
- Each strip = 10 sq. ft.
- Total per pallet = 500 sq. ft.
Big Rolls
- Each Big Roll = 250 sq. ft.
- Pricing: $0.05 above the standard price list
- Unrolling service: $0.12 per sq. ft.
- Track machine installation: $0.15 per sq. ft. ($100 minimum)
Payment Terms
- 30 days net for approved credit accounts
- Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest (18% annually)
- Deposits: Pallets: $20 each | Tubes: $10 each
Delivery & Unloading
- 1 hour of unloading time included per 10,000 sq. ft. (pallets or rolls)
- After 1 hour, overtime is charged at $100 per hour (prorated)
- Drop charge: $75 each time the unloading unit must be remounted

Ordering Suggestions
- Install sod the same day it’s delivered
- Place delivery orders at least two days in advance
- If picking up from the farm, submit your order before arrival
- If delivering to an address different from the buyer, provide full delivery details
- Site reviews are available upon request for Big Roll jobs
Limited Warranty
If sod is delivered in defective condition and reported within 24 hours, Sodco will replace it. No other warranties or liabilities apply.
